Shareholding in Company
Northwest Biotherapeutics, Inc. (AIM: NWBS and NWBT; OTC BB: NWBO.US), has
received notification that as of 30 October 2007, Al Rajhi Holdings has
increased its notifiable shareholding in the Company to 4,500,000 common
shares, representing an interest of approximately 10.6 per cent of the issued
share capital and voting rights of the Company.
