Company files Updated registration Statement with SEC
BETHESDA, MD – 18 December 2007: Northwest Biotherapeutics, Inc. (AIM: NWBS and NWBT; OTC BB: NWBO) today announced that on 17 December 2007 it filed Post-Effective Amendment No. 1 to an S-1 Registration Statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”). This amendment to the Registration Statement, which was originally filed on 17 July 2006 to register for sale stock and related warrants issued through a securities purchase agreement completed in March 2006, updates disclosure to reflect current securities filings including the Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended 31 December 2006 and Quarterly Reports on Form 10-Q for the first three quarters of 2007.
